i want to know whether section 297 of co.act 1956 applied on pvt ltd.co. having paid up share capital of 2crores.

Section 297 is applicable to all Companies whether Public or Pvt and CG approval is required when Companies(both public 7 Private Co.) paid up capital is 1 Crore or more.
