dear sir i am a online saller whether service tax is applicable to me or not but snapdeal company recovred service tax from me

You are a dealer, hence no service tax on you, however e commerce platform like snapdeal is acting as an intermediatery between you and customers, hence it is liable to pay service tax therefore it will recover service tax from bill charged to you.
