Hello,
Res. Sir,
I complete my M.com 2013 but i got 50% i also have 50% in B.com I also pass out 2nd group of intermediate of ICWA Is it possible to get admission to IPCC directly if yes then what is procure for it and if what i do for taking it.

You are not eligible for IPCC Direct entry scheme on the basis of your M.Com or B.Com because of for it required minimum of 55% for the commerce students so you have only 50%.
As well as you are not eligible for IPCC Direct entry scheme on the basis of ICWAI because of you qualified only 2 nd group of ICWA intermediate i.e you didn't completed Intermediate of ICWA.
So now you didn't eligible for IPCC direct entry scheme registration after completion of 1st group of ICWA intermediate then only you eligible for IPCC direct entry scheme registration.
