I AM B.COM PASS & PROVIDING ACCOUNTING SERVICE TO MY CLIENT. I MA GIVE MY BILL AS ACCOUNTING SERVICES LIKE ( DATA ENTRY, TDS RETURN, VAT RETURN & SERVICE TAX RETURN) FOR RS. 50000/-.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER TDS IS APPLICABLE ON THIS SERVICES.

Yes, Tds will be applicable under sec 194j @ 10%

I am not any professional I am working under contract to providing accounting services. If this service is applicable then why this services is not cover 194C.
