Will profession tax will be applicable to CA Articled Assistant on his stipend?

Stipend is not covered under tax provision it is fully exempted.

I am asking that whether Arcticle Asstistant ar covered under The Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1975.
