Can anyone kindly tell me whether the new TDS forms 17 & 24C have become operational? If yes from which date .....
and if not yet then when r these be applicable? I wud really appreciate ur earliest reply.......

THESE FORMS ARE BEING DEFERED TILL NEW NOTIFICATION COMES IN PLACE,

The new procedure had been deferred vide press release dated 30/06/2009. Further notification is awaited.
