i want to know about applicability of new companies act for may -2014 exam.whether it is applicable or not?

It has been clarified by ICAI that the Companies Act, 2013 will NOT be applicable for November 2013 examination.
Applicability for May 2014 eaxms will be announced soon by ICAI. So wait for announce ment by ICAI.
