15 September 2013 is new company bill applicable for May, 14?

15 September 2013 It has been clarified by ICAI that the Companies Act, 2013 will NOT be applicable for November 2013 examination.

Applicability for May 2014 eaxms will be announced soon by ICAI. So wait for announce ment by ICAI.

15 September 2013 ICAI yet to notify the applicability,,it may shortly announce the same,,wait till it notify

15 September 2013 Agree with the experts,

Nothing can't be predict in this regard,
Have to wait for the ICAI update...

However, ICAI will revert on this prior six months of exams...
