If a company sells a Motor Vehicle to its employee in cash or kind, whether Karnataka VAT will be applicable. The Company is not in the business of Trading in Motor Vehicles.

not applicable, but here FBT provision will come into play.

I dont think FBT is appicable here,secondly since the VAT is already paid when the company purchased the car, so no question of VAT.
