20 January 2011 TDS is applicable on sale of non transferable software Licence or not???????????

20 January 2011 If it is sale TDS not applicable. But if it is license fee paid annually for the use of software then TDS attracted u/s 194J.

20 January 2011 no tds to be deducted on sale of goods though it may be applicable on payment of license fee
