Dear all,
I have a querry regarding applicability of TDS. My client is a hospital, partnership firm. It provides mess services to few workers at the hospital. Is TDS deductible on payment of such mess charges to the third party? If yes under which sec?

I think it should be covered u/s 194C in Catering Services. But for a detailed opinion, the agreement between Mess and Hospital will be required.
