My Client has more than 25lacs turnover in A.Y.2013-14. Whether tax audit is compulsory? If yes, please explain.

Security service is not covered under profession for the purpose of this section.Hence 1 crore limit shall apply.

Sir,
Can you please refer me section as per applicable act. And can you please let me know if the above company in certain curcumtances however falls under section 115JB of Income Tax Act, then MAT certificate, i.e Form 29b, Is to be to be submitted online to Tax Authority?
