BUT I WANT SOME SHORT OF CIRCULAR, CASE LAW TO PROOVE MY GROUND.
OUR CA IS CONSIDERING LIMIT OF 25 LAKHS ONLY.
IF WE BECOME LIABLE TO TAX AUDIT THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER OBLIGATIONS LIKE DEDUCTION OF TDS UNDER CERTAIN SECTION.
