my company sales officer usually hired the cab from travel agency. please tell me what will be ST liability on cab hire...

Based on REVERSE CHARGE IN SERVICE TAX WEF 01.07.2012 NEW NOTIFICATION 30-2012...

40%(50% wef 01.10.2014) [Percentage of service tax payable by the person receiving the service] &

60%(50% wef 01.10.2014) [Percentage of service tax payable by the person providing service]

09 September 2015 Hi,
Your company has to pay Rs. 1501/- as recipient liability. The calculation goes like this. [26,800 x 14% ST x 40% {as you are the service receiver}]
