17 April 2013 Actually we are mobile trading company like The Mobile Store, Bigc Mobiles Pvt LTD, & Univercell Etc., we want to know which kind of services available to input service tax credit.. and could you please elaborate

17 April 2013 input service tax credit is allowed only to manufacturer or service provider
and not to a trader.
also if you say you are trading mobile which is service, then for that, check negative list. trading is specifically excluded from services.
hence when no service is provided no credit is allowed.
