An individual is eligible for taking the service tax along with his remunaration on a monthly basis?

If so what is percentage of Service Tax rate?

Is there any need to file the Service Tax Return to Govt. Authorities?

18 April 2013 service tax is a duty to be paid to government. No individual can take it along with remuneration.
also the services provided by employee are not services as per the definition of service.
