Applicability of service tax on textile job work

Our firm is engaged in job work of printing and processing of textile . i want to know that is service tax is applicable on services of job work provided by us . please suggest me .

As per new List of exempted services w.e.f. 01-07-2012:
Service offered by Job worker are exempt provided Appropriate duty is paid by principal manufacturer.
