Applicability of service tax on payment of pigmy commission

Respected sir,
whether the service tax is applicable to co op society with regard on the pigmy commission paid by the co op society to its pigmy agents under the reverse calculation mechanisum... if yes then pls give the reason with proper calculation..

Pigmy Commission is although deposit basis but payable due to employee employer relationship and hence there is no Service Tax Liability.
Even if it is not payable due to employee employer relationship this is not fall under either Reverse Charge Mechanism or Joint Charge Mechanism as it is not Insurance Commission.
