We have hired JCB for our project work.
Is Service tax is applicable on us for such hiring .
And if such then under which categories and also what amount of percentage is applicable for us to pay the same.
Please suggest .Its Urgent.

Hiring of JCB does not fall under RCM.
As a receiver you are not required to pay any amount under RCM.
