Sec 234B and 234C are applicability to assessee who is paying tax under section 44AD (on presumtive income) or these sections are exempt to him ?

27 May 2015 Assessee eligible u/s 44AD are exempted from provisions of advance tax. Hence 234B and C are not applicable
