11 September 2010 Hi, recent Student Journal says that " only general provisions (Para 9.4 of study material) of Winding up are applicable" in Corporate Law for Nov 2010 - CA Final New Syllabus

--Does it mean that we need not study the other sections & provisions relating to Winding up of Companies? Pls confirm...

13 September 2010 As per my suggestion you should give a sound reading of other provisions also coz you are preparing for CA Final, where there is no margin for error.
