APPLICABILITY OF RCM ON COURIER SERVICES

Quick Summary
RCM is not applicable on courier services received from an unregistered dealer. Section 9(4) applies only to notified cases, and courier services are not covered. Even purchases from unregistered dealers up to 2 lakh are not subject to RCM.

OUR COMPANY REGISTERED UNDER GST AND RECEIVED COURIER SERVICES FROM UNREGISTERED DEALER.

PLEASE SUGGEST, IF RCM IS APPLICABLE ON COURIER SERVICES FROM UNREGISTERED DEALER OR NOT ??
