Dear Sir, Please let me know whether a Private limited company which has applied for change in name in form INC-1 and the suggested name is approved by the MCA, need to file form MGT-14 or not, as there is change in companys name which effects MOA and AOA . and what are the other forms we need to file in MCA for change in name of a private limited company
