29 July 2016 The decisions given by various High courts will apply in the respective states in which such High Courts have jurisdiction or to every Income tax case rather being in another States.

30 July 2016 The decisions of High Courts of a different state have definitely a persuasive value. The same may be quoted before Income Tax authorities as advised by Mr. Satish. However, they are not binding before any other High Court other than the High Court decided the ruling.
