I want to know since which attempt ICAI NEW SCHEME Is Applicable.
I have nov,2016 CA final attempt & yet had not registered.
will this new scheme will be applicable?

Date of applicability not known as yet. Wait for notification by ICAI. Most likely it will be applicable for Nov 2016 attempt. For clarity wait for official notification.
