As per the budget 2012 GST is to be applicable from Aug-12.
Please suggest me when it would be finalized and is it applicable for May-2013 examinations ?

1.normally indirect taxes are applicable from the date of issue or other date it may specify.
2.if it is come into force before 30 november,2012 than it is applicable for may-13.
