Hii Experts, Whether GST is applicable and if applicable what is the rate for inward remmitance received as business support service by an Indian company from the foreign company which is the head office of this Indian company means this Indian company is the branch of this foreign company?

If Place of Providing service is outside India, then GST is not applicable. (From your query, it appears that Indian company seems to be getting inward remmittance for the provision of business support service.)
