AS PER THE NOTIFICATION ISSSUED BY THE ICAI DATED 30.9.2009 FOR THE PCC IT IS NOT APPLICABLE. AND FURTHER U CAN THROUGH THE ICAI WEBSITE FOR SUCH NOTIFICATION.
