can any body help me on applicability of direct tax code for november 2012 ca final exams

03 April 2011 I think in Nov. 2012 exam, DTC will not be applicable. As in Nov 2011 exam, the applicable assessment year is 2011-12. DTC will be applicable from fin. year 2012-13. Therefore the relevent ass. year for DTC shall be 2013-14. Hence in Nov 2012, it will not be applicable.
