08 August 2010 what all are the acts ,rules ,regulations are applicable to construction companies in Delhi(leaving apart companies Act,income tax act ,service tax ), more specifically relating to labour laws?

1.Provident fund act
2.Professional tax act
3.Payment of Gratuity act
4. Minimum wages act
5.ESI act
6.Payment of Bonus act

Also can these organisation can take benefit of this :ESIC circular No. P-12(11)-11/27/99 Ins.IV dated 14-6-1999. ?

11 August 2010 To such construction companies in addition to the Act/laws as given by you ,Building & other Construction (Regulation of employment & Condition of services)Act 1996 ,will also be applicable?also at the same time these companies have to register for all 3 Act ,PF,ESI & this B& OC Act.Also there is a circular as given before which exempt construction workers from applicability of ESI ,is this circular still in force as this is of 1999 & if can get some more clarification on this circular.
