Exports of taxable goods to Nepal will this be treated as exports? Bill of lading will be an LR and the money received will be in INR.

If you are asking for provision under DVAT then this would be treated as export and it be exempt sale provided you have a copy of the invoice duly attested by custom authorities at the border in addition to the LR, Payment Advice and copy of Bank Statment.
