plz tell me whether the Companies Amendment Act, 2017 is applicable for ca final nov 18 attempt or not

The effective date has yet not been declared by the Government. If the effective date is declared by the government falls on or before 30th April, 2018 the same would be applicable for Nov. '18 exams.
