Dear Sir
My client is making rent to payment to his landlord who is a non Resident. However the rent amount is deposited in the saving bank account of the NRI. So I wanted to know the applicability of 15CA & 15CB

15CA and 15CB not applicable for remittance to savings bank account.

15CA is applicable when the payments are remitted abroad. If the payment is done in your Indian bank account(not NRO or NRE account), this form need not be submitted.
