is there any limit for payment to director as remuneration
whether we have to comply any formality with roc for payment of Remuneration to Diretor like Rs.1.00 Lac per months
whether ceiling of managerial Remuneration is applicable to pvt ltd company.

No limit of remuneration payment in case of pvt. ltd. company.

Strict provisions regarding managerial remuneration are not applicable to a private company.
No need to intimate ROC for remuneration etc
However being a private company you are requested to check the provisions of your articles regarding remuneration.
Revert if there is any doubt.

No limit. But the reasonablness can be enquired into by ITO in tax proceedings.
