In my opinion, you have to wait till the fresh assessment is made by the assessing officer. Appeal may be preferred against the order of AO.
CIT's order U/s 263, is an interim order, as the final assessment in pursuance to the revision order remains still pending,

If you are aggrieved by the order u/s 263, you can appeal against the order u/s 263 before ITAT or to file the appeal before CIT(A) after passing the order by AO as per direction u/s 263.
