please adivise me, order passed u/s 263 by commissioner of income tax by ordering assessing officer to pass revised assessment order

aggrieved by this assessment order can assessee file the appeal to commissioner of income tax (appeal)

09 February 2011 In my opinion, you have to wait till the fresh assessment is made by the assessing officer. Appeal may be preferred against the order of AO.

CIT's order U/s 263, is an interim order, as the final assessment in pursuance to the revision order remains still pending,

09 February 2011 If you are aggrieved by the order u/s 263, you can appeal against the order u/s 263 before ITAT or to file the appeal before CIT(A) after passing the order by AO as per direction u/s 263.
