20 April 2011 Hi,
1) I want to filed 1 appeal against ex party order u/s 144 of income tax act.
matter:-
1) we are not follow to Income Tax officer due to my father was not well from last year and he is in village and i also shifted to village from last 2 year

kindly advice with proper grounds with format which help me to filed appeal

I REQUEST PLEAS SEND ME STATEMENT OF FACT ON THE BASED ON ABOVE MATTER FOR CREATE GROUNDS OF APPEAL AND SUPPORTING CASE LAW ?
