I need a format of appeal for commissioner of appeal which need to be attached along with Form 35.

Please provide me word document for the format

23 January 2011 As such there is no specified format for the appeal to be made to the CIT(Appeals).Only pointwise paragraphical statements are to be submitted for the items for which you want relief

24 January 2011 You have to prepare grounds of appeal your own without any format. Grounds are generally different from appeal to appeal
