APPEAL FILED ONLINE ON EARLIER WEBSITE NOT REFLECTED ON NEW INCOME TAX WEBSITE

We had filed Appeal on old website of Income Tax Dept. against order passed u/s 143(3) of the I.T.Act and received acknowledgement for the same. But now the said appeal is not reflected on new Website of Income tax Department. please suggest course of Action to follow.
