27 December 2018 THE ITO MADE ADDITTION OF RS. 3LAKHS AS UNEXPLAINED SOURCE OF INCOME AT THE TIME OF ASSESSMENT. AT THE TIME OF ASSESSMENT, THE ASSESSE WAS NOT ABLE TO EXPLAIN THAT CREDIT RECEIVED IN BANK WAS UNSECURED LOAN TAKEN FROM HIS FRIENDS. HE WAS NOT ABLE TO COLLECT DETAIL FROM HIS BANK. SO HE WROTE THAT HE WAS TAKEN FROM HIS PARENT OR RELATIVE. SO ITO ADD AS UNEXPLAINED SOURCE OF INCOME. HOW I FILED APPEAL AGAINST THIS.PL GIVE URGENT REPLY

28 December 2018 You can file appeal against order of AO. File details derived from bank (after completion of assessment proceedings and which could not be laid before AO) as additional evidence before CIT(A). Make separate application for admitting additional evidence by stating proper reasons for not able to furnish the same before the Ld. AO in the assessment proceedings.
