My client received order u/s.144 i had preferred appeal online in form35 for assessment whether i have to file separate appeal for penalty proceedings and separate appeal for stay petition for demand raise u/s.156 which not yet received till now if so how to file stay petition online please reply and guide

Penalty proceedings are separate proceedings so separate appeal needs to be filed. For stay application you have to first file stay application before the AO till disposal of appeal manually. It is only after he rejects it you may file it with CIT(A) and there is no stay application online.

I had already filed one appeal online for tax asertained before CIT (A) and whether i want to file another appeal for penalty and now can i file stay petition manually beofre CIT (A) after filing appeal still i have 5 days remaining on 30 days
