APMC Exempted Turnover and also rental income of Rs. 900000/- . Is it mandatory GST Registration for APMC?

13 June 2018 No if taxable supplies does not exceed Rs.20 Lac then no need to take registration . . .

13 June 2018 Following is extract of Sec 2(6) of CGST Act, 2017 for aggregate turnover which is a threshold limit for Registration :

“aggregate turnover” means the aggregate value of all taxable supplies
(excluding the value of inward supplies on which tax is payable by a person on reverse
charge basis), exempt supplies, exports of goods or services or both and inter-State
supplies of persons having the same Permanent Account Number, to be computed on all
India basis but excludes central tax, State tax, Union territory tax, integrated tax and cess;"

13 June 2018 Sec 2(6) of CGST Act, it also includes exempt supplies. So APMC is take the registration under GST
