Dear Friends,
We have got Apeal order from CIT (A). The date of order is 16.12.2008 & we have received the same on 12.02.2009. By when we can file the Apeal in ITAT against the same?
We have got Apeal order from CIT (A). The date of order is 16.12.2008 & we have received the same on 12.02.2009. By when we can file the Apeal in ITAT against the same?

As per section 253(3) the assessee can file appeal before the ITAT with in 60 days from the date of communicating the order to be appealed against. Accordingly the cut off date is 11/04/2009.
