sir,
Apartments owners Association(AOP) Rental income only in ITR 5 I had filled when I had mentioned two members details in members information, when I had mentioned % it is calculating normal slabs, % is not mentioned it is calculating 30% which is correct normal slabs and 30% Tax i am not understanding please help me which tax rate is correct.

it should be calculated at 30%
(This normal slab is applicable for trust where share of benefitiaries is determinate)

In majority of the cases the slab rate is 30 % as said above.
