CAN A AOP BE CLAIM HIS NET PROFIT U/S. 44 AD FROM An eligible business, a sum equal to eight per cent of the total turnover or gross receipts of the assessee in the previous year 2011-2012 on account of such business

AOP per se does not fall in the category of "eligible assessee" as per sec 44AD.
