AOC4 and MGT7 not filed for previous 2 years

How to file AOC4 and MGT7 now if it is not filed in previous 2 years. what is the procedure? How will the CA sign the documents, whether it will be in current period or backdated signature?

If financials are audited in time file the said forms with normal as well as additional fee. If not audited, get it audited with current date and file with both the aforesaid fees wherein penalty also be levied by ROC for violation of section 92.
