So we should write answers in serial no.. Whether this will have effect on our marks.

no it wont...but what you should appreciate is the psychological aspect of writing in a chronological order.
the examiner and checkers are paid a small fees for their jobs. why piss them off with moving back and forth on your answer sheet?
