My company annual return is still pending for the assessement year 2008-09 due to digital signature. I want to know late fees charges/interest on late filing of annual return.

Log on to mca website

Threre will be displayes fees for filing

Enter that give cin number

authorised capital

date of agm

then the fees and additional fees will be displayes there.

There is no interst instead additional fees is levied based on delay it ranges from one time to a maximum of 10times depending on the period of dealy.
