I am trying to file form 23A of a company but on uploading the system asks to enter SRN......(Required for ReSubmit/Form 67 (Addendum) Upload). When I enter Z99999999 it says error please remove SRN. What should I do? Form 20B has already been filed.

Three more informations are needed.
1. Are you trying 23AC.
2. Does the company has a full time company secretary as employee.
3. What is the amount of Authorized / Paid up capital of the company.

Yes It is Form 23AC. Paid up Capital is Rs 5,00,000 and there is no company secretary.

Then it seems a system error. Try again downloading 23AC afresh. Also see that column against serial number 7 is kept blank.
