19 March 2010 I HAVE RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM TAMILNADU SALES TAX THAT I HAVE NOT SUBMITTED ANNUAL RETURN, BUT I WAS TOLD THAT AFTER IMPLEMENTATION OF VAT IN JAN 2007, THERE IS NO NEED FOR ANNUAL RETURN .PLEASE HELP ME OUT . I AM SUBMITTING MONTHLY RETURNS CORRECTLY.
