Filing of annual audited financial statements: Within 30 days from the date of AGM

Due date of Balance Sheet == 20.10.2009 (Within 30 days of AGM as per section 220)

Due date of Annual Return == 20.11.2009 (Within 60 days of AGM as per section 159)
